• Call your our claims department as soon as possible after the incident occurs. Your account manager will be in touch ASAP to confirm your engineer appointment

  Give us a call:

  Describe the problem you are experiencing to your account manager.

• Approval:

  After your claim is approved, we arrange the engineer to visit at you convenience.

• Resolution:

  Maintenance work to be carried out - including any repairs, or replacements.
