24/7 Home & Maintenance Solutions Ltd (Company No. 15427532) is a property repair and maintenance service provider, not an insurance company. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as an insurer.
Our customers enter into a service agreement with us — a straightforward contract under which we agree to carry out specified repairs and maintenance on their property in exchange for a fixed fee. This is a service contract, not an insurance policy.
When something breaks or needs attention, we arrange for a qualified engineer to attend your property and fix the problem. Parts and labour are included in your agreement. There are no claims to file, no assessors to deal with, and no excess to pay.
How We Work
Qualified Tradespeople
Every engineer we send is qualified, vetted, and experienced in their trade. We do not use unskilled labour or subcontract to unknown third parties.
Dedicated Support
Every customer has a named account manager — a real person who knows your property and your agreement, available Mon–Sun 10:00–17:00.

We aim to respond to all repair requests within one working day and schedule engineer visits at a time convenient to you.
