Priced per job, in writing
We don't sell plans, memberships, prepaid balances or monthly instalments. Each job is quoted individually.
Every quote states
- The specific tasks to be carried out
- Any materials required
- The total price, including any applicable taxes
- The payment terms
You decide whether to accept. Nothing is chargeable until you've accepted a quote and the work has been completed.
Regular visits
Prices for regular visits are agreed in writing before the schedule starts. Each visit is invoiced after it's completed. Any change to the scope or price is agreed with you in writing first.
Repairs and parts
Repairs and replacement parts aren't included in a scheduled-service price unless they're itemised on that job's quote. Anything extra is quoted separately for your approval.
