8.5 If the Engineer attends and no fault is found, or the fault falls within an exclusion, the visit is still considered completed. The Customer will be informed of the outcome and no charge will apply unless the Agreement terms state otherwise.
8.6 The Company reserves the right to determine the most appropriate repair method. Where replacement is more cost-effective or practical than repair, the Company may offer a replacement within the Repair Limit.
9. Service-Level Guarantees & Response Times
9.1 GENERAL WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE
All repairs carried out under this Service Agreement are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of completion. The Company's obligation is to arrange for the satisfactory resolution of the covered fault — not to provide a cash equivalent or indemnity.

9.8 REPAIR LIMIT TRANSPARENCY

10.4 PARTS AVAILABILITY
Where specialist parts must be ordered, the Company will inform the Customer of the expected timeline. Temporary or interim repairs may be carried out to make the property safe, secure, or weatherproof while parts are sourced, at no additional cost.
10.5 GUARANTEED RESOLUTION STATEMENT
For all covered services, the Company guarantees that labour and parts required to resolve the covered fault are included under the Agreement, subject to the Repair Limit and exclusions set out in these Terms.
