3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
To respond to enquiries and prepare quotes (steps before entering a contract).
To arrange appointments, carry out work, invoice and take payment (performance of a contract).
To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
To improve our website through analytics (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email and payment or accounting providers, and where required by law. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work, invoices and payments are kept for 6 years to meet legal and tax requirements.
