From request to invoice
- 1
Request work
Tell us what you need doing, where, and whether it's a one-off visit or a regular schedule.
- 2
Receive and accept an itemised quote
We send a written quote listing the tasks, any materials, the total price including applicable taxes, and the payment terms. Nothing is agreed until you accept it.
- 3
Agree an appointment
We confirm a date and time that suits you. For regular schedules, each visit's scope and price are agreed in writing.
- 4
Work completed and recorded
We carry out the agreed work and record its completion.
- 5
Invoice and payment
We issue an itemised invoice after the work is done. Payment is due on the invoice's agreed payment terms.
Regular schedules
You can ask for regular appointments, for example a recurring clean. Each visit has its own agreed scope and price, confirmed in writing, and is invoiced after that visit is completed.
There's no membership fee and no charge for simply being on a schedule. If no billable work is completed, for instance a visit is skipped or cancelled, there's no visit charge.
Additional work
What a visit includes: only the tasks listed on the quote you accepted for that visit.
Repairs and replacement parts are not included unless they are itemised on that job's quote. If we spot additional work, we'll quote it separately and won't go ahead without your approval.
A regular schedule is a series of separately agreed visits. It is not breakdown cover, does not include unlimited repairs, and does not cover future faults.
